The Institute of Advanced Financial Planners™, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.  

Position Type: Part-time, self-employed, contract position.

Location: Their own home office.

Overview:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Executive Director and our Symposium Coordinator.  The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, able to multitask, is proactive and has excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required; a Certificate or Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative or clerical experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office programs, Zoom, and Dropbox.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Experience with WordPress is preferred.
